Terms + Conditions
We will issue a refund on full price items if:
- The items are in original condition, with all tags attached.
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed.
- You notify us via email, whatsapp or Instagram your intent to return an item.
- Remember that all products purchased directly with us are
covered with a 30-Day warranty.
- The items received are different to the goods you have ordered.
- Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
- Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
- We are unable to offer refunds if items have been treated incorrectly.
- In the unlikely event of a fault, AYRA will first offer to repair any minor faults.
- Please contact us by email at email@example.com . Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item along with photographic evidence and must supply proof of purchase.
- If a product is an incorrect size or you wish to swap for another style, we will be happy to help you find a size and/or style to suit you. To do so, Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and
you must notify us within 5 day of receipt.
- SALE items cannot be exchanged, nor refunded or returned.
- Personalised or custom-made items are not available for exchange or refund.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed.
